What is AI consulting and what do you actually deliver?
Independent advisory that turns "we should use AI" into a costed, prioritised plan. You get an AI readiness assessment, use cases ranked by ROI and feasibility, a build-vs-buy recommendation, a model and vendor shortlist, a governance and data-security review, and a phased roadmap to production. Deliverables you own and can act on — not a slide deck.
How much does it cost, and do I have to build with you afterwards?
A focused readiness audit and roadmap typically runs $5,000–$15,000 over 2–4 weeks. You are under no obligation to build with us — the roadmap is yours to hand to any team. If you do want us to execute it, our AI engineering practice can, but our advice stays vendor-neutral either way.
Can you help integrate AI into our existing mobile or web app?
Yes — one of our most common engagements. We assess your current app and data, pinpoint where AI genuinely adds value (in-app copilots, smart search, personalisation, document and photo understanding, support automation), and produce an integration plan that fits your existing stack and release cycle without a rebuild.
How do you decide whether we should build custom AI or buy a tool?
We score each use case on differentiation, data advantage, cost, time-to-value and switching risk. Commodity tasks (transcription, generic chat) usually favour buying. Anything touching your proprietary data or core to your product usually favours building. You get the framework and the recommendation, so the decision is defensible to your board — not a gut call.
Is our data safe, and are you aware of AI regulation?
Yes. We sign NDAs before seeing any data, review your data flows for privacy exposure, and factor in the regulation relevant to your market — GDPR and the EU AI Act in Europe, HIPAA for US healthcare, the Australian Privacy Act, and sector rules for fintech. Governance and risk sit inside the roadmap, not bolted on after.
