White-Label Courier Software · Courier Operations Launch
Courier Operations Launch: your brand, our working platform.
A branded courier workflow for orders, dispatch, riders, and delivery progress. Manage courier orders from one operations portal, send work to eligible riders, and follow delivery progress through the Android rider app and tracking flow. Our team sets up the agreed workflow for your company.
Live Operations View
Rider locations and delivery status update in real time.
Auto + Manual Dispatch
Automatic nearby-rider offers, manual assignment when you want control.
Scope in Writing
Deliverables and schedule confirmed before any work starts.
What's included today
Keep your courier operation in view.
Every capability below exists in the current platform, nothing listed as planned work.
Dispatcher portal
Orders, riders and stores in one operations portal your dispatchers actually run the day from.
Android rider app
Rider sign-in, onboarding and delivery work, the app your riders carry, under your brand.
Live rider locations
Real-time rider positions and delivery status updates across every active order.
Automatic rider offers
Offers go to eligible nearby riders with accept/decline and a retry flow, no manual chasing.
Manual assignment
Dispatchers keep control: assign any order to any rider directly when judgment beats automation.
Courier parcel details
Full parcel data per order, including multi-parcel orders for bigger courier jobs.
Proof of delivery
Proof-of-delivery options and complete order history for every completed run.
API intake + signed webhooks

Who this is for
Who this is for and how it helps.
Three teams the current platform already serves the day-to-day work of.
Small and mid-sized courier and last-mile delivery companies
When order volume makes assignments and delivery progress harder to coordinate, the dispatcher portal supports order and rider management, automatic offers to eligible riders or manual assignment, and a customer tracking link with delivery progress.
Local delivery startups
For teams setting up a local delivery operation, the company-configured portal and Android rider app provide a workflow for order dispatch and rider work. API order intake and signed status webhooks can support connected systems; any custom integration is scoped separately.
Businesses running their own riders
For businesses coordinating an in-house rider team, the portal supports rider and store management, live rider locations, and manual or automatic assignment. Riders update delivery status in the Android app, while customers can follow the tracking link and the team can use the available proof-of-delivery options.
How setup works
From walkthrough to handover, three steps.
We review your workflow
Our team reviews your workflow, rider and store count, operating area, and integration needs.
We confirm scope in writing
We confirm the written scope, setup plan, and any out-of-scope work before starting.
We configure and hand over
We configure the agreed workflow and hand it over with a walkthrough for your team.
Typical onboarding: 1-2 weeks after your team provides the agreed workflow, brand assets, account access, and setup details. If you need public Google Play release, store review is separate and may extend the launch timeline. We cannot control or guarantee the review date or approval.
Clear scope and pricing
Setup from $1,500. Monthly from $199.
Setup starts at $1,500. The monthly plan starts at $199 and is billed separately. Larger rollouts are scoped against your rider count, stores, and requirements. We confirm deliverables and schedule before work starts.
Setup from $1,500
Platform configuration for your agreed workflow, brand assets, riders and stores, handed over with a walkthrough.
Monthly from $199
Billed separately from setup. Exact monthly terms are confirmed against your rider count and stores before work starts.
Larger rollouts
Scoped against your rider count, stores, and requirements, with deliverables and schedule confirmed in writing first.
Honest scope: the current platform includes order intake, dispatch, rider operations, and delivery tracking. It does not currently include a customer order-placement app, CSV bulk import, COD reconciliation, zone-based pricing, or a prebuilt custom integration for your outside system. Our team can scope additional work separately; we will not present planned work as a current feature.
Scoped separately, not included today
AI add-ons, when you're ready for them.
These are not part of the current build and are not included in setup or monthly pricing. Each would be agreed as separate scope, in writing, before any work starts.
Dispatch recommendations
Suggested assignments your dispatchers can compare before deciding, instead of scanning the whole board. Faster, more consistent dispatch decisions, with the human always making the final call.
ETA and delay-risk estimates
Estimated arrival times and delay-risk signals drawn from route and delivery-history data. Fewer "where is my parcel" calls and earlier action on late orders. Estimates only, never guaranteed times.
Support and order-intake assistant
An assistant on an agreed channel that drafts answers or takes order intake, with human review and handoff built in. Faster responses for your customers without giving up human control.
Route and demand insights
Historical route and demand patterns from your own delivery data, surfaced for staffing and coverage decisions. Schedule riders against real demand instead of guesswork.
See it in action
Watch an order move through the whole flow.
A full-flow walkthrough video and the workflow PDF are on the way. Today, the fastest way to see it is a live walkthrough with our team, we run a sample order through dispatch, rider offer, and proof of delivery.
Common questions
The questions courier operators ask first.
Can the platform use our branding?+
Company-specific configuration is supported. We confirm the exact branding and domain requirements during scoping.
Do customers need an app?+
A separate customer order-placement app is not part of the current courier platform. The current flow includes a customer tracking link.
Can you connect our order system?+
The platform supports API order intake and signed status webhooks. Our team reviews your system and confirms whether a custom integration is required before quoting it.
How long does setup take?+
Typical onboarding is 1-2 weeks after requirements, assets, and access are ready. Public Google Play review is separate and can take longer.
